I went in to see a doctor today to be told to go on line and fill out paperwork some of the questions were out of line like how do you eat do you need help in the bathroom who bathes you, how does any of this help me? When I questioned the check in lady she said that the insurance company requires this information, I asked, so the federal government wants this info im on Medicare, of course she had to retract her statement because that wasn't the truth when I called her out on it. I asked well then who needs this information she couldn't answer me, so she said if I wasn't able to fill it out the pre registration, because that part is required i couldn't go any further, so I said we'll im not discussing my private life with her or anyone . Mind you Dr. John Monroe saved my life by catching my prostate cancer early on. Im sad to not keep him but I gotta draw the line with this.

Dr. Monroe is very attentive to me as a patient. It’s great to have a Doctor that expresses genuine concern for your health and wellbeing. My family has had to call after office hours and it’s great to speak to Dr. Monroe or a member of his team during a stressful medical event. It’s awesome to have the needed support outside of routine hours when needed. This level of service is only one example of what sets this office apart from others we have experienced.
