Dr. Monroe is always very thorough and helpful. He has my type 2 diabetes under control and is always checking my A1C to make sure that it’s okay. He is always listening to my concerns and he always works to address the issue. I have been seeing him since 2009 and I am very pleased with how I am treated and cared for.

While I wanted to be approved for my cataract surgery, I understand why I was not. I was at Mazda for 4 hrs getting a replacement for a dead battery. I did not eat until just before I saw the doc and o did not take my insulin a my blood sugar was too high. Really bad timing

Dr. Monroe is always friendly and answers my questions and concerns with his medical knowledge. He has never pushed any medication or procedures to me unless I was in agreement with his assessment. Would recommend him.

When visiting this medical practice, the patient is usually greeted with complete attention to being correctly identified and medical reason for visit. The online prep for visit also shortens the wait time to be taken back to an exam room.
The only drawback is that as the appointment time is set for later in the day, your wait time in the exam room may be longer. HOWEVER, it's well worth your time as Dr. Monroe is very thorough and takes the time to listen to any and all concerns you may have about medical conditions, testing, etc.
We've moved to a different AZ city now and will certainly miss the closeness of the office and the kindness of the staff.
